{"id":4306,"date":"2018-09-27T04:16:26","date_gmt":"2018-09-27T04:16:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.blog.matrixedu.in\/?p=4306"},"modified":"2026-03-21T16:13:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-21T10:43:34","slug":"nta-to-announce-date-shifts-for-examination-in-october-jee-main-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.matrixedu.in\/blog\/nta-to-announce-date-shifts-for-examination-in-october-jee-main-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"NTA TO ANNOUNCE DATE, SHIFTS FOR EXAMINATION IN OCTOBER : JEE MAIN 2019 (Demo)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The NTA had earlier claimed that it would inform the JEE-Main aspirants about the exact city, date, and shift of the examinations for paper-1 and paper-2 by November 15. \u201cThe exact date and shift allotted to candidates for JEE (Main)-January 2019 shall be displayed by October 5, 2018, on the NTA websites. The city allotted to the candidates of examination for Paper-1 and Paper-2 will also be available by October 21, 2018,\u201d the testing agency clarified and finalized in its latest notification. The NTA, an autonomous body under the Human Resource Development (HRD) ministry, is scheduled to hold the JEE-Main in multiple sittings twice a year from next year.<\/p>\n<p>However the exact city and location of the Entrance Examination will be announced by October 21 by NTA. \u00a0The examination will be organized in online (computer based) mode.<\/p>\n<p>The JEE (Main) \u2013 January 2019 will be held on the weekends (Saturdays\/ Sundays) during the period from 6th \u2013 20th January 2019, and the second test will be conducted conduct by the NTA from April 7 to April 21 in 2019. The results of the first JEE-Main will be declared in the first week of February 2019 while the results of the second JEE-Main will be announced in the first week of May 2019.
