The overall difficulty level of the NEET Re-Exam 2026 was <strong>moderate<\/strong> and mostly on the easier side. Physics was identified as moderate to difficult and time-consuming. Students <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matrixedu.in\/blog\/how-to-prepare-for-neet-in-sikar-study-plan-tips-routine\/\">prepared for the NEET re-exam 2026<\/a> by considering the difficulty level to be slightly difficult because NTA designed the paper with strict paper-setting standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">At the overall level, the NEET Re-Exam 2026 was difficult in comparison with the exam previously conducted on 3 May 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Matrix NEET division faculty Birbal Maan Sir discussed with the NEET aspirants and found the Biology section easy to moderate and high-scoring for getting into a good medical college. Approximately 90-95% questions were from the NCERT syllabus, and students found Botany easier in comparison with the Zoology section. The Zoology section was more based on conceptual clarity and statement-based questions. 1 question in the Biology section was out of the syllabus, as reported by most of the students.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The Physics section was moderate to difficult and lengthy. Most of the students faced difficulties while solving this section. Multiple numerical problem-based questions were difficult and time-consuming to solve, while the high-weightage topics are Thermodynamics, Modern Physics, Optics, Electrodynamics, and Mechanics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The Chemistry section was moderately difficult, but the Organic Chemistry section was slightly difficult. The questions were easy, but could only be solved with calculation and conceptual understanding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which Section is the Most Difficult in the NEET Re-Exam 2026?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NEET Re-Exam 2026 was moderately difficult, but Physics was identified as the most difficult and time-consuming section. A total of 18-20 questions in the NEET Re-Exam 2026 were concept-based and required multi-step numerical calculations to attempt.
